“Mare Blu” is a three room apartment of 60 sqm located on the first floor, it has a terrace that faces the sea and the village. The furnishing is cared for in detail: in the living room there’s a crystal table, a sofa, a smart satellite TV and a kitchen with induction plates, a dishwasher, a fridge, a freezer, a traditional oven, a microwave and a coffee machine. The double bedroom has access to the terrace through a door window. In the second bedroom there’s a single bed that can be turned into a double one. The bathroom is provided with a shower, suspended sanitary and a washing machine. On the terrace, there’s a table with chairs perfect for relaxing.
The houses have both access to unlimited Wi-Fi and are equipped with air-conditioning/heating in each room. Complete sets of linen will be available for the guests in both houses. The houses are certificated in the Class A and they were provided with environmentally conscious equipment.

The guests have access to a communal pool with a sea view in the summer months, the pool is supervised by a lifeguard and it has a solarium area with sun loungers and umbrellas.

In the background you can enjoy the view of the ancient buildings of the historical centre, accessible through a nice path.
Civezza is located on a hill behind San Lorenzo al Mare, reachable in ten minutes by car.

The available activities can satisfy sport, nature and sea lovers. You can go windsurfing or kitesurfing, on the coast there’s a bike path that faces unique views and connects Sanremo to Imperia. On the hill there are nice paths surrounded by nature where you can take suggestive walks.
